This notice applies exclusively to Plyveo’s public website.
The mobile app has its own separate and more extensive privacy policy.
Scope of this notice
This page describes processing that occurs when you visit the website or write
to us by email. Its appearance automatically follows your device settings, and the website saves no preference. It does not describe data handled by the
Plyveo app, its sign-in systems, AI evaluation service or app diagnostics.
For those activities, read the
App privacy policy
and the
App terms.

Data handled
Website delivery and security
When you request a page, the infrastructure may handle technical data
needed to deliver it and protect the service: IP address, date and time,
requested resource, request method and response status, HTTP headers,
browser and operating-system information, and technical routing or security
identifiers. The website code does not integrate analytics, advertising pixels,
profiling, data-collection forms, newsletters, social widgets or third-party fonts.
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies or technical identifiers
when the relevant traffic-management or protection features are active; Plyveo
does not use them for analytics or profiling.
Emails you choose to send
The email link itself only opens your mail application and sends no data to
the website. If you choose to send a message, we handle your email address,
the message, any attachments and any other data you decide to provide, solely
to manage your request and any relevant follow-up.
Sending an email is optional. If you do not send a message, we cannot receive
or answer that request; the public pages remain
available either way.
Providers, recipients and transfers
Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco,
California 94107, USA, provides hosting, content delivery, TLS and
infrastructure protection. For data processed on the Controller's behalf it
acts as a processor under its
Data Processing Addendum;
Cloudflare's own processing is governed by its
privacy policy.
Google Ireland Limited provides the Gmail service used to
receive and reply to messages sent to
plyveoapp@gmail.com and handles data
under the terms and
privacy notice applicable to the account.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.
International transfers rely, depending on the service and circumstances, on
adequacy decisions—including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified
participants—and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. You may ask the Controller
for further information and a copy of the applicable safeguards.
No consent banner
The website code does not save preferences or other information in the browser.
It does not integrate measurement, advertising or profiling tools. Any Cloudflare
cookies or identifiers described above are limited to strictly necessary
technical functions. The website therefore does not display a consent banner.
If non-essential tools are introduced later, this notice will be updated and,
where required, those tools will remain disabled until the user makes a choice.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure,
restriction and portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies
on legitimate interests, you have in particular the right to object on grounds
relating to your situation. To exercise your rights, write to
plyveoapp@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the
Italian Data Protection Authority
or with the supervisory authority where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
Updates
This notice will be updated if the website, its providers or the processing
described here change. Last updated: 22 July 2026.
